This was a simple process as per MADRUSSIAN webpage instructions. There is a link everywhere in the various BMW forums. Don't really noticed a significant difference, it feels "normal" as I remember driving a stick in my old days, but also I haven't driven like a maniac yet. I'll know for sure this weekend. By the way my car is a 2004 and it had the CDV.

** Update **
The clutch engagement seems to be better/smoother. It is easier to play with the clutch engaging the transmission, also gives a better feel of the engine's real power. The M3 is really a top notch german engineer marvel :o)
