Where are you buying them that you can get them that cheap? Everywhere I've seen is 6.50 or better (that's my CCA discount at the dealer) but it's that expensive online, too, before shipping.

This is a pretty good deal for a commodity.

Of course some of that could be contributed to the cryogenic treatment I did on them and maybe my improvement in braking technique, but I tend to lean toward PPS' magic pixidust!

I am about 400 mi away from my new MINI's first oil change, so I definitely could use a 5 pack of those oil filters whenever you want to take money from me. I am excited to hear about the other MINI goodies you have to offer, but we need to get a few more miles on the car before we begin to talk about other mods. Although with this car being a "street-only" commuter, I am going to try to resist the urge to modify this one to a level of comfort-hell that my previous M3 finally gravitated towards . . . .

When are we going to get you and Jessica out on the track with your 330? You guys have got to have that thing broken in by now and ready to experiment with some track time. If not for driving, at least we need to find you a loaner helmet and either me or my wife will take you all for some ride alongs one day at Nelson during their Fundayz. Now that we have two fully prep'd track cars in the house, you can't go wrong for poney rides with either of us at the wheel.

I'm trying to be professional and handle all of the situations people are having with my company. Saying that we are "notorious for screwing over members" is crazy. I've been a Bimmerforum vender for several years and have sold to hundreds of very happy Bimmerforum members. We have had some supply chanel issues the last few months, but I have all the BMW parts back in stock on my warehouse right now.

If anyone has a problem with an order, please just call me and I give you my word that I will resolve it the best way I can.

Id just like to say, I got mine yesterday after posting this. They are supposed to notify me when packages arrive and they didnt. I thought its been a while for a few so I asked. As a heads up, after calling on Monday and was told they would be shipped on Monday, they DID come today (Wednesday) and everything was as ordered.

From my standpoint, they seem to be taking a lot of orders from many sources. While this can be done, it is difficult if the orders are not ultimately funneled into the company via one order system to track workorders until filled.

My suggestion is to spend just a bit of money and design a website that is used as a central order point and direct phone calls could be entered by yourselves into the same system. It would really help streamline the orders a bit and make things less confusing than a paypal here with instructions, e-mail there, phone calls, etc.

Thanks for the good deal. I do plan on purchasing a brake kit for my car (rotors, pads) in the near future, but am a bit weary to use you again if others don't chime in with recent positive experiences.

I appreciate your suggestions. We did invest a lot of money recently to update our website and our internal business program. What we are trying to do now is to get these two programs to integrate with each other better.

I am experiencing the same as mentioned above. I had ordered some Eibach springs from PPS a couple of months ago and they sent me ones for a Galant instead of an M3. I sent them back via UPS and tried calling to see if they credited my account and no one answers.

For those of us waiting on refunds, how can we go about settling this if we cannot contact the vendor?
