Is this the 2-button one? If it is, then here are the programing directions. It's easy, but you have to follow the exact sequence, and it must be done within 45 seconds or something.

1. Open the trunk and leave it opened
2. Open the driver's door and sit in the driver's seat.
3. Close the driver's door.
4. Cylce the ignition switch five times between the 'OFF' position and position 2, (ignition 'ON', all dash warning lamps will illuminate.) The red status LED will illuminate continuosly, and the siren will 'chirp' once, to indicate the the code learning mode has been initiated.
DO NOT START ENGINE AT ANY TIME DURRING THIS PROCESS!!!!!
The ignition switch cycling in step #4 must be performed within Ten seconds.
The sequence in steps #1-#4 must be performed within 45 seconds
(You should hear two confirmation chirps and the LED should come on)
5. Open drivers door, and exit from vehicle leaving the door opened.
6. Close trunk.
7. Close driver's door. The LED will turn off and the siren will 'chirp' twice.
8. The initialization procedure is now completed; test all remotes to confirm operation.

Pretty sure thats it, If not let me know. I can't seem to find my keyless entry book.

I tried this method, and the red light came on, but I am not hearing any chirps. The keyless still does not work? Does anyone have the exact programing?

I'm interested in knowing also. I went tot he stealership and they wanted $125 for a freak'n remote and said that I would have to go to service to get it programed, they didn't provide instructions with a new remote. "I don't know if they can fit you in today" is what the Chachy at parts said. So I got a used one and would like to try that one.

i had to do the same thing...the dealer cut me a break and did it for free. but they ended up arming my car (the red light was on). And telling me there was an electrical problem. my central locking was not working and that was screwing up the whole process. Make sure that when you lock your car with your key it should lock all the doors. If the locking doesn't work, programming the remote wont do anything. You will have to do that process again to unarm the car. It said in my instructions that you have to start with the car unarmed first. And the beggining process on my sheet says, you have to do it within 10-15 seconds or something like that, but that was just till you cycled the ignition.

oh and for the "i don't think they can fit you in"..it takes a total of 20 seconds to 1minute to do the programming process. The dealer wanted to charge me for an hour of labor.
