Production began on my 325i on 4/5 in South Africa. Does anyone have any experience with cars shipped from there? Can I reasonably expect delivery by the end of May?

you should definitely get it before end of may.... more likely beginning of may.... i think the production date on my car was 4/1 or something like that and i got my car on 5/5

Your production started 4/5? When did you place your order? I ask, cause I just ordered mine 4/29 and I'm wondering when mine will be in production. Now its my turn to wait.

your dealer should tell you.... if he hasnt already, give him a call and ask.... unless you got really lucky, i doubt you got a May production slot so your car will prob not get into production till like June maybe?
