just wanted to know if it is safe to run a turn on wire for auxiliary lights from the parking lights circuit. I am using a relay to power my auxiliary/fog lights but wanted to tap into the parking/side marker circuit to power up the relay/ For example: one pin ground, one pin battery, one pin auxiliary lights, and the last pin from the parking light wire connection at the light switch.
I don't want to be runnig lots of switches inside the car. trying to make all the mods look factory

If you are using a Relay to power them off the Parking light circuit then its ok. If you were running the wires direct, then you would overload that circuit.

I've been really busy lately, I have a lot of stuff going on, unfortunately not all of it is good.
I'll be at the autocross on sunday at orchard beach. I'm not sure if I will be using the BMW or not, however I will have the car there. Due to the event being the Challenge Cup, I may be borrowing a car from someone so I can be in a better class for Club Points for the Challenge Cup. If not, then I'll see what class I can make my car fit into.

I'll see you there. May bring my brother and a couple friends that might be interested in autoxing, but want to see it first.

Believe me, knowing from experience, you'll show up and wish you had entered. This is the last event with this club at this location, so if you show up and want to enter, and can't, you'll be aching to try it and have to travel a little further to the SCCA's final event on the 13th. Unless you can hold out till April of next year to give it a try. That's 5 months of waiting!
See you on Sunday!

I'll try to go as early as I can and try to register. then it is up to tech to see if the car is acceptable.

you shouldn't have too much of a problem with tech, unless you have obvious problems, like lug bolts missing.
Just remember to remove everything from the car before you go to tech.
