I purchased some HP EVOs. The only problem I have with them is that they are of a bigger diameter on the part that sits where the wheel bearing rides. could anybody tell me what or where I can purchase shims to make them fit snug like the oem wheel sit when mounted.

try the tire rack or america's tire, i think they are called hubcentric rings. you might need to bring the wheels and your car to them to get the right size. or call whomever you purchased the wheels from and tell them your missing the hubcentric rings.
