OK-

All you guys need to do is put on the website if the item is in stock or not. You see that on most online ordering places nowadays, but not here. It is understandable for an item to take a long time, especially if you guys are pretty much the only people who sell them, all i would ask is that when someone clicks on a product's description, and it is not in stock, say that, and maybe even give an indication of when it can realistically be shipped out if the order was placed right then. I dont think that is too much to ask. That said, i'm still looking forward to my getting my projectors. thank you.

Excellent point.
However, when a supplier does not deliver for a week and we predict stock based on predicted delivery, there is only so much control we can exact on that supplier:(

haha...believe me Matt tries to put some leverage on them. He cc'd the e-mail to me and I was about to die laughing. I have a friend who bashes Matt (disgruntled from another forum blah blah blah) and even said that maybe he had midjudged.

That said. Depending on the part and proce I could buy form him again no prob. I just would do more research...I found some lights I like a lot more now but its too late :( moneys gone.

Thanks for the sweet deal Matt :cool

oh...and Matt if your still trying to figure the autoleveling kit out I saw them here. http://www.bekkers.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=1ALxenone36&Category_Code=bhlight3e36

I can't buy them or anything but there might be interest for something like this if you can figure out how they were put together...reverse engineering. Might check for interest though thats expensive research for autolevelling.

I see where you are coming from, Matt. I recieved the projectorz today actually. I guess when it comes to products like these, its is not quite like other companies who have warehouses of stock, and nothing is from overseas. I figure this is a much less precise science. Anyways, i almost tried to cancel this order, but after having recieved the lights, I am SO glad i didnt. just the quality and the finish is to me very impressive for a product that was pretty much designed by an avid enthusiast (Jim, right?). Anyways, the lights look amazing just out of the box, and they seem to be just great quality. people i think get anxious when it comes to recieving their mods in the mail, but i think this is well worth any wait.

then it is not in stock, why front it that way?!?!?! Inventory means its in stock, and it doesnt mean waiting on the next delivery.

our system doesn't autoupdate based on delays by FedEx, but thanks for attempting to fix it without knowing how it works.

I hate to jump in the middle of this one, but in this time of e-commerce, it's not at all practical for a small business to keep everything in inventory when in a perfect and in most cases normal world, parts are a FedEx day away. I was Matt before, and I have seen Matt's operation. He has stock on the normal stuff. If he had stock on all parts he had on his website, he'd need a warehouse and then with all of that overhead, prices would have to go up.
