The car was running good before I flushed the radiator.Like an idiot w/out the manual i just went ahead and flushed the radiator w/out knowing where to fill the fluid. So i emptied and filled the window washer container and idled it untill the gauge red 3/4 turned it off . I found the coolant reservoir and filled it. Now the check engine light is on and the car will not get up and go.It moves but you cant gunnit.you have to easily press the gas peddle or it wouldnt do nothing . It idles fine. Any ideas besides new engine?

It's not clear to me whether you ever emptied the radiator...? Did you empty the radiator and then empty and fill the WW container. And did you then idle the engine with no water in the radiator?

If so, you could have done all kinds of damage to the engine...tell us more.
