You sure?

I can lower my rear down by 2" and when I do the rear rims are 2" from the bottom of the rear well. I'm on 205/50/15

I lowered my E21 by taking one whole coil out of the front and rear sprins.

OK i doubled checked the numbers and came up with a 1 7/8" drop up front and a 1 3/4 drop in the rear the tape measure doesnt lie 1 7/8 is really close to 2" sorry if i said over 2 inches

looks like it could use another 1.5' up front..but that old skool beam is pretty dope!
p.s get some bumpers!

compare these

and bumpers are not needed for autocrossing and track racing

lol.
well, w/ all the stuff u removed from the car to make it lighter, the car is going to sit higher than if you were to install the same exact springs on a stock 320i.
either way, the H&R's are going to make a big difference in the handling department over the stock springs. the difference was night & day when i went from stock springs to H&R's

yea i figured the autocross after the fact (pulls foot from mouth)..but still..if your not gonna do mtech colors and numbers and a beer sponser on the door just loose the stickers(IMO)..still a dope ride tho..

What shocks did you choose? Did you just keep the stockers and swap out springs?

As for Waxfondlr This is a project car. Im actually farther than i planed at this point in time Im still in school and work full time. Time is money and money is time. By the way I do have a number and also have plans for mtech strip. You probley dont know this but this car is not street driven just track driven the rest of its life is spent in the garage...anyways

I went with koni shocks from classic garage I think i payed like 190 with shipping for all four.
