I am going to BMWCCA Driving shcool. The question is do I need to put harness on for both driver and passenger side? Or I can just put one on for the driver. Thanks.
BTW. Thanks to all who answered my questions regarding my previous harness post.
Krit... the harness man.

BMWCCA has an equal restraint rule. You'll need one on the passenger side.

Krit, whatever you decide to do....BOTH sides need to be the same....How would you like to be the Instructor in your car without the same safety harnesses?
If your only going to track your car a couple times a year and your not pushing the envelope...Some 4 Point Harnesses are a good starting point...
Folks who err on the side of 100% Saftey will say a roll bar etc is needed....Fine I agree, but your not driving that fast yet...I hope :-)

While BMW CCA does generally require equal restraints...if you choose to add four points without a rollbar, PLEASE leave the stock belts in as well. As an instructor, I would refuse to ride with a student if I had to use 4 points without a rollbar...the instructor is brave enough to get in the car with you, a new driver, on a racetrack; so at least extend him the courtesy of using the stock seatbelt if he/she so chooses.
Thanks from instructors everywhere :-).
