Sorry about the size of the pic. Here is a pic of the caliper, they only make 2 for the E36 M3 (I think), the 332mm, and the 355mm. I have the 332.

You should be able to get most any pad compound for the Brembo F40 caliper. Where have you purchased pads in the past? Just give them a call and tell them what you are looking for.

Those are the same calipers we did have on the front of our car. We just upgraded to an actual Brembo racing caliper. Never had any problems finding pads.

I bought the kit used, so I have never bought pads for it before. I can't read the numbers off the pads it came w/and I was "told" they are street pads. Did you have a source you used to purchase pads from before you switched over to the racing calipers?

You shouldn't need a number, most brake folks I spoke to could run the cross reference off of the F40 to find the correct pad size. It's a fairly popular "upgrade" caliper, so most any performance compound is available in that size.

RTP-F40-LD or RTP F40-HP are the cross-reference part numbers. I spoke with Drew at Turner yesterday to get these p/n's. I know WongER can get you the F40 pads. I ordered Bobcats from him to run on the street/autocross. I think he recommends the XP9's for track use though.

I FED EX'd mine since I am impatient. They should have it in stock, so, it should get here by thursday if you have it sent out quickly.
