My X5 stock in dash CD player is a little flakey. Has anyone done or seen a good install of a navigation system into an X5. I want it integrated into the radio/MID slot...with a cd changer in the back etc.

Do I need to get a custom surround made or are there aftermarket ones that are well integrated that accept standard DIN head units?
