In my opinion, this is very good news. The people involved are absolute top-notch, and this will make for a great summer 2005.
(In fact, the only person who could be unhappy with this is xxxx.xxx back East whose standing offer for my BMW racecar was going to be exercised so I could race a 2005 Mustang. I may just hang onto the BMW now...)

BMW CCA Club Racing (BMW CCA CR) and North American Bavarian Racing (NABR) are pleased to announce the consolidation of the BMW CCA CR and NABR Bavarian Series racing programs. Effective January 1, 2005 the consolidated program will operate as BMW CCA Club Racing and will utilize the BMW CCA CR rules and event guidelines.
