Just thought I'd share this with my MD/VA/DC/PA buddies. There were a few people at the auto-x last week that showed some interested in the 540 HFMs I have for sale. Well heres one up on Ebay, enjoy :D

I of course will knock off the shipping cost if you are local and we can arrange a meeting time/place.

Holy crap, that's expensive. Is it new?

I have quotes sitting in my inbox for multiple units, tested and guaranteed, for $100 or under.

How is this expensive?

A user named RkitOut from NC, in the Parts and Acessories forum, was able to sell every single one of his units for $175 shipped. Doesn't seem unfair to me, if people were jumping all over him...

I mean, if you can get that for them, more power to ya. The beauty of eBay, there's a sucker born every minute (if not sooner).

In reality they can be purchased much, much cheaper, and you didn't even talk about a guarantee or if they were tested or not. :dunno

yes robmarch, DIDO. He was just quoting someone and letting them know "dido." She is a great artist in his opinion and probably his favorite of all time. He especially liked the duet she did with Eminem.

Now what is the problem? :confused

How efficient (ie, how much gain) on a stock setup without aftermarket chip?

An upgraded chip which supports the Euro/540 HFM made by Turner Motorsport or AA must be used. The car won't run without it.

I see, I got the impression that he was offering "dido" for trade for the HFM, which is where the confusion set in.

Jed - this thread is about British Pop singers, not dads. Although, I guess most dads dig Dido's music, so maybe you were just making a play on words joke. If that's the case, we need to work on your delivery a little. If I was going for a joke here, I probably would have gone with the "add a strategically placed 'L'" direction, rather than the "replace the 'i' with an 'a' and wind up with a word that's almost slang for 'father'" direction. Then again, I'm not really into making jokes.
