Dsking85 10-14-2004, 05:36 PM bolts? :dunno RacermeX 10-14-2004, 05:36 PM Yep, I had the same issue when I first bought my car. They'll come off, just need a liitle more force and some lube. Stevefazek 10-14-2004, 05:38 PM they are rusted on. PB lube or wd40 and use some man power even a rubber mallit. Hope the car is on jack stands if not if your trying to pull a stuck tire off bye bye jack. Oh yeah cover the Hub of the wheel with Petrol Jelly it will never get stuck again :) TrunkImpaired 10-14-2004, 05:43 PM Just kick one side of the tire, it should break it loose (make sure your car is VERY secure before doing this). Stevefazek 10-14-2004, 05:50 PM Just kick one side of the tire, it should break it loose (make sure your car is VERY secure before doing this). like i said jack stands are your freinds lol if you dont have them Buy them. You can get a Nice jack and jackstands for like 30-40 bucks at walmart. GranTurismo 10-14-2004, 07:57 PM just kick the tire part of the wheel. Iron Chef 10-14-2004, 08:30 PM Probably rusted on...wd/40 should do the trick with a little bit of man power to back it up... CrotchMonster 10-14-2004, 09:45 PM judging by your sense of direction (or lack thereof), i'd say you're hopeless. uh, i'd say start by posting it in the correct forum then, kick it it, dont be a girly-man as your father so correctly dubbed you. It's not my tire man. I just added my experience. If you read a few posts above mine, he already resolved the problem. Spencer 10-15-2004, 12:50 PM Some lube, and rubber mallet should get the job done. Also, when you put the wheels back on, put a small coat of Anti Seize on the face of the hub. This will prevent it happening in the future. dtmbimmer 10-16-2004, 12:33 PM def rusted on.......some wd-40 and a nice kick should do it CarbonBlkE36 10-18-2004, 12:28 AM when its seized on for me, i hold a block of wood against the back of the wheel and hit it w/ the hammer real good.............. |
