I brought my car there and never had a problem. The manager there had hooked me up on a couple of items when I had brought my car in last year to have everything checked over after I bought it.

I'll give you just a jist of what I've heard happen to my friend's cars...

loose exhaust, wouldn't even look at it, attributed it to modded springs, had to go back for a total of 4 times until the lead service tech was out so they could physically lift the car and see what was wrong with it, loose mount.

another friend, squeaky noise from rear hatch area, their solution, grease the entire inside of an M Coupe's rear.... verdict, squeak still there, entire interior goo'd up with WD-40 type oil (including dash)

curbed wheels, damaged bumpers (on two friend's cars), bad paint jobs on area's they damaged (again, on two friend's cars) that required repainting (sonnen wouldn't take responsibility)

multiple service visits to have parts installed only to find out they were there on time or the wrong part was ordered (simple call would avoid having to go to the dealership to find this out)

eh, you get the point...

this belongs in the dealer/vendor section - I've also heard some not-so good stories about that dealership besides the one posted...similar events.

fair warning to you all!

I called them about a factory alarm that I bought and wanted them to intsall. I was quoted $120-$125 for the install. I schedule an appointment, take time off from work and drive down there. Once there, they do a write up and put a $340 estimate on the bottom. I'm like WHAT?!
They had no excuse other than "no way could we quote you that". I don't go there anymore :nono
