View Full Version : Can't belive what I saw!!! e36 wagon......
magillicuddy189 10-13-2004, 11:05 AM I was on my way to school Today in towson and when I was on 695 I saw an e36 european wagon. I knew they were made but they were never imported to the states in the e36 body. It looked amazing too. It was lowered w/ what looked like BBS. It had an M3 kit and eveything too. It was Shwartz II in color. It looked so bad ass. They had some custom plates too but I can't remember what they said. It also had clears all the way around and ZKW's w/ what looked like lava lighting or possibly lightning plus DDE's. It also had an exhaust setup, I have no idea what it was tho, but It looked like a tri-flow setup or something, I think it was cuz it sounded just like mine. Anyone seen this car here before? I WANT ONE!!! I wounder why they never imported it to the states, I guess since they had the 5 wagons they figured there was no need for a smaller wagon in the US market. It had a very light tint on al lthe windows, but not very dark, just nice and subtle. I was so excited when I was looking at it that I didn't pay much attention but I think it had an oem fonrt LTW splitter as well, it might have been carbon fiber tho. Oh yeah the hood was cf. It had no badge so I have no clue what engine was in it but I def think it was a 6cyl because of the way it sounded. How sick would that be if it was an M3 touring wagon..........Damn I wish I looked at the door trim to see what it said.....damn damn damn so many things to look at in such little time.............well anyways I thought it was interesting and figured I would share it with all of you. Anyone know them, or better yet are they on the forums?
here is the only pic i could find.........picture this but black and more stock M3 looking........mmmMMmmmm *drools*

Wagoning? :laugh Does that mean go around picking up groceries and hauling around screaming kids? :D
Or better yet, if we all go cross country, Bill and that dude can be chuck wagons like in the old west. And if Indians (Sunir and Andy) attack us we can circle the wagons around us.

schosports 10-13-2004, 11:34 AM WAGONS RULE :alright
I know a wagon in the area that has spanked a few local cars at an autocross EVEN WITH 5 PEOPLE ONBOARD. :stickoutt
The company we sell parts to, that imports Euro cars, actually has done a couple E36 "tourings or estates" One was the coolest, full factory Alpina I'd ever seen.
The wagons are really only about 150lbs or so heavier than a sedan, not bad.

Wagons for going cross country? We don't need no stinking wagons! We need M3 power! BTDT, did a monster XC trip in my M3 back in '99.
