I tend to price shop quite a bit and have ALWAYS found BMA to be significantly cheaper for good quality parts.
disclaimer- I have NO affiliation to BMA, just overly impressed with them.
Just another option for you all...
ciao.

sounds good.
i just found http://www.bmaparts.com/cgi-bin/home.php which
i assume you are referring to, and also, for the sake of argument,
it seems to me that it is comparable if not a 10-15% more expensive
than bimmerparts if we compare the cheapest items.
but then again ... you said "good quality parts" ... so i assume you
buy brand stuff that is better than the OEM brands that bimmerpart
sells, so that must be the reason ...
i also don't work
for any of those guys and i also comparison shop ...
this reply is not caustic at all or anything just FYI ...
(e.g., look at cooling parts)

Well it's obviously on a case by case scenerio it appears. I just replaced all my hoses and t-stat and found BMA the cheapest by quite a bit. I also just ordered a SACHS fan clutch, BMA $97.20, Bimmerparts $120.18 So yeah, their close, and I am sure there are things that one or the other has that would be cheaper, just sharing my experiences, they have been great to deal with. I also have the parts arrive in 2 or 3 days.
Kramer Rocks!!! :buttrock
