has anyone used the revhigh pulleys on their e34 540 and if so, have you seen the gains they claim? (8rwhp)

most HP #'s you see on the interweb are BS... i'll do a dyno. probably be a couple of months, though. i need to finish my suspension first.

so what custom CAI do you have, and what did the tower brace and sway bar's do for your car? (i mean did they make a big difference that justified the cost)

CAI I have was custom built by my mechanic... I am about to have another one built that is slightly different and should be more efficient. Right now my foglights are removed and the filter fills in that gap... not the best for rain but oh well.
Swaybars/Stressbar were put on at the same time and they are def. worth it IMO. Hopefully in the next 2 months (I just bought a house so my car $ is down considerably) I can get my GC coilovers, Koni Yellows, and Camber Adjusters and get my stock front brakes fitted to the rear. At that point in time I will have a the Eibach springs that are on my car now up for sale. After that I will try those pullies. I need to get my car back on the dyno anyway.

couple pics of some of the other cars my mechanic has modified and maintains.
car 1: built 3.8, now has the 3.8RS Wing on the back and is set up to those specifications. Won class previous 3 years I believe. At the Rennsport Reunion coming off of Nascar 4 going into turn 1 Dennis, the owner, was hitting 170+.... not bad for the road course.
car 2: basically stock 3.2... currently leading its class in PCA I believe. Built to run Grand-Am Cup
car 3: built 3.4, about to be completely fiberglassed. Goal is ~1950 LBS... he is very confident he can get it there. That + 300-320 HP will be pretty fun. Car also has torsion bars removed and switched to Coilovers.

I hope this is not a stupid question, but is there any difference between a 1994 540 motor and a 1995 540. Just asking because I can find pulleys for the '95 but not the '94

as long as your car has an m60 or m62 motor you should be fine!
