The Hamann's are made by Oz racing, now someone correct me if I am mistake but I don't believe they make a "heavy" rim. The Breytons on the other hand have a reputation for having some considerable weight to them. Both are great rims, depends on what your looking for. If performance is any issue I suggest you do as I did and keep yourself to 18" or under.
