looking for a stereo? do not buy from www.onlinecarstereo.com, they have good prices, so i purchased a alpine iva-c800 from them. it was shipped to me with 3 MAJOR factory defects, i sent it back, and now they want to mail it to alpine and repair it and send it back to me !! that could take a month:complain so monday i will call/complain, and try to get a different model, but did i mention how much their customer service sucks ! meanwhile here i am with no radio ,anyways, spend your money somewhere else!

I was wondering what happened to ur stuff.. I got mine indash Kenwood monitor in and everything installed already.. :D I didnt go with the alpine.. I went with a Kenwood 7" touchscreen in dash.. KVT-M800. Got it for $900 on ebay brand new. Great deal... the PS2 and everything is installed and working!:buttrock

Im glad now I didnt order from that place and go with the alpine. Everyone I know that had Alpine stuff always broke or failed at once point. Ive actually always used Kenwood auto stereo since I was 17 and never had a problem with anything in that 9 years.
