I have been working with Karl to get my Euro HFM setup dialed in and we finally got it perfect. Karl has provided me great follow up both by email and phone.

As some of you know (hell some of you are involved) I was the victim of fraud recently. The people were selling a bunch of AA stuff so I asked Karl if anyone there knew the sellers or knew how to find them. This was in an email to Karl.

A couple of hours later, I received a follow up call from Rey at AA to get some more information to see if he could help. Unfortunately he could not, but I was amazed and impressed that AA would call me from FL (I am in CA) on their dime just to see if they could help and to make sure my new chip was working out OK.

My hat is off to those guys, I am proud to have their badge on the back of my car.

Oh the things I could tell you!! :emo But Rays a great guy though, he really knows how the customer SHOULD be treated.
