This morning's drive to work was great. The cooler air was definitely noticeable - throttle response was better, and the car accelerated more easily.
As the temperatures drop, don't forget to check your tire pressures. I've read that each 10 degree drop in temperature reduces your tire pressure by 1 psi.

My Audi S4 felt like it had 50 extra hp when the temps got below 50. Nothing like cold air for a turbocharger.

It still happens with N2 in your tires, the swings just aren't as large as with normal air.
The ideal gas law still holds - PV = nRT
Decrease T, P will decrease as well.

If your a member of COSTCO you get free nitrogen refills in your tires. It doesn't matter if you bought tires from there or not.
