I just completed installation of new H&R sport springs and Bilsteins sport struts. My passeneger side rear is a 1/2 inch lower than the driver side rear?

I rechecked the driver side today when rolling the fenders and springs are seated properly. Alignment appointment is next Saturday, would this affect ride height?

Also, I'm taking my measurements from the fender lip down to the center of the wheel.
