what is a GOOD price?

This car looks immaculate it is a demo car not new, but not been owned by an individual.

49k is what they are asking

$49K for a two, close to three year old? Seems way high for the age, regardless of mileage.

$45k is the lowest I've seen with more than average mileage.

Just got mine with 28k miles on it fully loaded for 42K. i thought it was a pretty good deal.

Umm I got mine brand new for $50,300 with a little bit of jewing involved.
Most I would pay for that car is 45k.

My 2004 was right at $51k, not close to being loaded but new and single digit mileage.

330ci is completely different from an M3. I am surprised you would mention them in the same sentence. Your budget seems all over. If you can go $49K or consider a car like that, get a 02-03 M3 for about 43-46K. Spend the extra money, you'll thank us and yourself later.

what options does it have?

I got my 02 13k miles with everything (smg, nav, lumbar....) execpt the cold weather pkg for 45k

Mine has everything except SMG and rear airbags. I added the Alpine MP3 player and a Sanyo 10 DVD changer with the TV hookup to the Nav. screen. Besides I added a bit of other stuff like UUC alum shift knob, ACS brake handle and pedals, alcantara shift/brake boots.

sorry to mention the 330ci. it just looked really really sweet with the top down. budget is <41k. so I saw a 31K car and thoought I might have some extra money to play with mods for it. Or use the extra $ for a lift for my jeep.
