Is there a Bolt in roll bar made for the M coupe. This is just for DE, and I do not want a full cage, just a hoop, and rear section behind me!!
Thanks

Steve

No one manufactures a bolt-in for the M Coupe. Market is just too small. Only option is to have cage builder build one for you.

Do you think a cage builder could build a bolt in one?

In my research it seems most builders want to have the car on-site with the M Coupe. The closest quality outfit that I know of for you is TC Kline in Hilliard, OH. Looks like a good 5-6 hrs drive from Chicago though. You would be getting a top notch roll bar though. You may want to IM "RyanC" and see if he still has the one from his old Coupe available. I expressed interest at one time, but I balked and never pursued it.

im shure there are tons of places out by you that can weld something up, hit up scca forums or another racing board and start asking in the regional sections. id say just get a weld in bar, cutting welds imo is just as easy as having to plug up holes left by bolts

TC's cages are built by Mark McMahon in Akron. Thinking about bring my car to him this winter -- his work is amazing. Pretty sure that Ryan sold his roll bar...
