hey man! ya i missed that meeting b/c i was eating dinner. I know i cant go to the next autoX b/c its parents weekend, but i can go to the one in october.
your car is sexy
The Baylor car club is really cool. My cousin is the president (he has a Sterling silver E30 M3), so I've helped him set up the website and also some of the auto-x's. Their auto-x's are awesome. It is private, so very few people, plus it is a Mineral Wells, so one time we set up like a 2 minute plus course! The guys there will also come down to the A&M auto-x's some times.
I'm the admin for the forums, so come check them out: http://bhpdc-forums.dyndns.org/ I will add your account. Let me know if you have any questions :)

ok i went and checked it out and it looks like the baylor club is like a preformance racing club...I dont really get it??
The name was made for a few reasons, read below if you want to know exactly why they chose it :) . They are a car club, and they do social events, auto-x's, dragraces, etc, just like any college car club would.
The name "BHPDC" is too long, I agree! Before you criticize it however, I should provide some background to the club and its founder, Jay Jackson. Before Jay transferred into baylor Fall 01, there had been multiple attempts by others to charter a "car club" at baylor. However, all of the previous attempts failed... Jay was the first to promote the club as a club about driving. He went through the process of forming and submitting a charter, and finding a faculty sponsor. Attempts in the past were declined by baylor due to the specific drag racing or car nature of the club. Part of the idea was choose a title for the club that differentiated it from the previous ideas by promoting the activity of driving. Hence the name Baylor High Performance Driving Club
