The MVA has bill of sale forms on their web site....not sure if that will work for what you want ?

Thanks! I think I need something more like "I agree to buy this car and leaving you a deposit, I will purchase the car as long as the mileage doesn't exceed current +100miles, etc, etc. If you terminate this agreement, deposit is refundable +incurred costs, blah blah"

Alex,

I am going to look at it tomorrow. The reason I need a deposit agreement is because I can't drive it back tomorrow since I don't have anyone to go with me.

Alex,

I am going to NJ tomorrow to look at the one you found for me. The reason I need a deposit agreement is because I can't drive it back tomorrow since I don't have anyone to go with me. My current plan is to be in Paramus around lunch time.

Too bad I'm in Cleveland today and tomorrow :mad or I'd go for a ride with you.

Anyway, if you don't find something better why don't you try this basic purchase agreement, but modify it for your needs?

Let me know if you need someone to drive the other car back home for you. I'd be more than happy to help.

No, we didn't go since the seller was not available.
