Might be legit, but a couple of things worry me:

"I am the only recent owner of this vehicle". Huh? The only *recent* owner?

"Buyer must pay by cash, cashiers check or bank wire transfer only". A $50,000 car through an online auction and no escrow or any other way to protect yourself from a scam? Hmmm.

And finally, if you are going to go through the effort to sell your car, why only post exterior pictures? Maybe because it's not yours and you saw it on the street and therefore couldn't take interior pics?

Just my 0.02, but I'd be wary, even though the seller has a high number of auction's to his name- that's not all that hard to do. R.

"This vehicle has a V6 333 Horsepower 6 Speed Manual Transmission"

Doesn't Individual paint only cost $2k? Looks like this guy was taken for a ride by his dealer...

I still think Dakar looks better on the square-r E36 body style.
