Any hotspots? :help I would just put some vinyl decals on the rear window then drive it a lot. Everywhere I have seen cars parked they usually give out tickets. What about 700 east and ~11300 south? Or Sate Street and 11400 by Best Buy. There are usually tons of cars parked there. Also, my great aunt and uncle live on 7th and about 95th south (right next to some cheezy victorian-wannabe office building) They have a spare lot for their garage and usually let people park there cars there...
