I just ordered a car cover and i wanted some opinions on which is the "best" car cover....

I don't know what the "best" one is, but I have the OEM NOAH car cover and it's great. It's a perfect fit, easy to put on by yourself, and keeps the car pretty clean. So I'd say just get the NOAH.

IMHO, California Car Covers makes the best covers. They are the originator of the Noah cover, however they make custom fit covers for many cars in about a dozen different fabrics.

I live in miami, FL. (yes Frances sucked and Ivan will likely hit us next weekend) so I needed a tough outdoor cover.

Climate and use make a huge difference. A NOAH car cover is teh best all around, but, if its for garage use there are softer ones, and if its for bad weather and such, they have them for those too.
