I mean is Milos still alive? Ive emailed him a few times asking if he has certain things in stock so I can order them. But he never responds. Im not sending money for a product if the owner doesnt even respond to questions on stock.

Has anyone else had better luck?:eyes1

How long has it been since you emailed him? I ordered from him about a year ago, sent my Paypal payment in and hadn't heard anything about my order for several days. I finally got a response in about a week or so, he said he was on vacation. Aside from that the product was good as well as the price.

His name came up a short while back in a thread over on DTM. I think one or two people hinted that he was no longer in business but I don't know if it was certain. If you're able to get a hold of him let me know, I'm thinking of placing another order. Thanks!

I have purchased several items from Milos Klacko in the past, and always got exactly what he promised, in a timely fashion. Bear in mind that he has been doing business with the BMW community longer than most of this forum's members have owned their BMW's.

However, I had heard some rumor to the effect that Milos was no longer going to be selling any CF parts to the public. If so, that may explain his lack of response.

BTW, slightly off topic, but if any one is interested, I have a complete set (9 pieces, F&R door panels/glovebox/L&R of steering column) of Milos CF trim for E36 coupes that I haven't gotten around to photographing or posting in the for sale forum yet. Email me directly if interested.

Thanks for your reply Matt.. :) So if he isnt selling to the public anymore, he shouldnt have his payment info and paypal links up on his site anymore. What happens if someone just assumes everything is ok with his company and puts an order through, sends the money via paypal??

Very bad customer relations either way.

Agreed, that is a potentially problematic scenario. But then again, we're just speculating here.

Why don't you send a PM to "jmciver", I believe he acquired a gauge panel from Milos not all that long ago. Not sure if he might know more about what's up...

I was told a long time ago (over a year) that Milos was done. I don't think the website has been updated in over a year. Plenty of companies shut down and the website still exists.

Milos always did a great job and bent over backwards for people. I know he did for me. Selling carbon bits was a hobby for him, not a serious business.

Hey Jim,

I need to replace the burlwood bits on my 97 m3/4 lux. Let me know if you want to sell that center console, I'd really appreciate it. kitwetzler@mindspring.com
