Yo, Guys I need your help more then ever.. I am planning on taking my somewhat new girlfriend out to a really nice place for dinner tonight. The only problem is that I dont know where the hell to make reservations :eyecrazy. I am falling head over heals with this one and I really want to impress her. She loves music and dancing just like me so if there is a highclass joint that has that on top of a great atmosphere then I would be set. Let me know I need to make the reservations for 8pm and its already 6:34. Shiiiiiiittttt. :help

BTW I live in Novato which is 20mins. North of the golden gate. I kind of want to take her into San Fran but any suggestions would be great for future reference.

Thanks for any help guys, She is a model so if all goes as planned you will all see picts of this Argentinean beauty up on the wide body bimma :redspot :alright

Ok gota run, Good looking out

go to chinatown and take her to some hole in the wall restaurant. Then about 20 minutes later tell her to get ready for the party in her stomach. Dancing and music included.

Cool guys Thanks.. Good to know about some of these places. The place I picked out turned out to be pretty nice. Its called The Jazz Bistro, its off of Market St. in Frisco. Pretty good food and great music. It was not quite as high class as I was aiming for but she was loving it:) We had a great night foshow :evil2

Domino, Yoshis looks really nice. I think we might hit that up tonight :cool

blackbmw330, Wow that place definitely looks like the best of the best. I think I will plan to go there next week when I get back from Hawaii, it will be something to look forward to :)

This is great guys, any one else have any suggestions, the more the merrier.

Go to the Port of SF there are a lot of things to do at the Piers. You can go on a champaigne brunch cruise or a dinner cruise on the Bay - check out www.hornblower.com. You can have dinner at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco - Equinox, a revolving rooftop restaurant and cocktail lounge. It does a 360-degree revolution every 45 minutes, it has spectacular views of the San Francisco bay and the sparkling city skyline. Here is a website you can check out http://www.terragalleria.com/califo...-francisco.html. Palace of Fine Arts & Golden Gate Park are also coo places you can take your girl. Hope this helps...

There is a place on top of the Hilton, I really forget the name, but it had a great view of the city at night....I only had dessert there but that was really good...if you can book a table next to the window, thats really nice. I was in the middle sort of and it was nice to look at all the views too.

Other then that I only visit San Fran now and then so blackbmw330 and the rest have the inside info for ya.

Forget about Gary Danko without a res in advance. I recomend Jardineire, great bar, jazz and fantastic decor - food is very good and it's right next to opera & symphony - park at performing arts garage. Bon Apetit (don't call San Francisco "frisco" -Frisco is a town in Texas).

i just got back to san diego from SF. I stayed at the St. Francis. I suggest calling any of the finer hotels in the city, say your a guest and that you need to know a high class restaurant.

Don't call it Frisco, it makes you sound like a redneck...

Most of these suggestions are clearly from folks who do not live in the city. The pier? The Hilton?! C'mon guys.

If you get a second date, take her to Boulevard on a Wednesday (you'll need a reservation) and then to Harry Denton's starlight room for euro dance night.

:lol Best post EVER! Good one! :biglaughb

It's funny. I never called San Francisco "frisco" either. I'm from there and will be heading up there in the next day or so. I call it SF, usually. :dunno

"frisco" sounds ghetto. i prefer "the city".

also take notice only people that live outside of the bay area will call it "san fran".
