Ok, when the car if off i can rotate the tires freely, the second i start the car all 4 wheels lock hard. The brakes are at least %50 compressed.

Brake Booster ? Something else, sensor? I just wasted $300 on calipers and pads, give me some guidance....

Looks like it might be the master cylinder.
