I started my car today and got about 2 blocks before some guy stopped me and told me that my car was leaking gas from underneath my car. Drive back home and notice that there is a huge puddle of gas on my driveway. When the engine was off, the car was not leaking any gas, but when the car was on it would shoot gas out from directly underneath the rear passenger side window. It was coming out at a pretty good rate, not just a small drip. I jacked the car up and couldnt really get it high enough to see exactly where it was coming from, but it seemed to be coming from the top rear side of the gas tank.
Any ideas on what this problem could be? I did a few searches and most of them said it was either a broken clamp or possibly a broken tank seam. What would be the cost to fix a broken tank seam? Thanks!

pull out your back seat, look at your fuel pump lines, sounds like either the send or return line has popped off. sime 5 minute fix

Yep, try that first:

Exact same thing happened to mine.
I unbolted the strap that holds the gas tank up, pulled the tank down about 6 inches, and replaced the broken hose clamp that holds the gas line on. It was only about a 5 min job.
I think you can pull the rear seat and access it that way, might be easier.
Good luck.

Either hes right and the hose came off, or since the car runs, it may just be cracked and the gas is coming out of the crack on top where the hose clamp is. The same thing happened with my grandmas motorhome.
