How are they installed?
Can you use them when your valve stem tips are worn?

i thought the bmws are self adjusting, hince no need for the washers. on a toyota before you would use a magnet, fish it out and palce in the new one, was pain in the but, much math was involved. to cal. the difference

Not all BMWs have variable valve timing. E30s don't.
