i made an order at 730PM on a sunday, and had an email with tracking information by 11:15.... that night.

I dont know of any company that has been this efficient in shipping. I really appreciate it, as i think it is a very underrated aspect of online ordering service. it is easy for a company to take their time with shipping because they already have your money. I just thought i should share, and reccomend it to anyone who gets as excited about new stuff as i do, and wants to wait as little as possible for it. thanks understeer.

Yup.. agreed. I recently ordered a set of UDPs from Chris (bimmer95) who runs/owns understeer.com. I ordered on-line at about 10:30pm last Thursday and recieved my tracking # at roughly 11:40pm the same night, that's gotta be a first for me. Next morning I get an e-mail saying it's shipped... today I checked FedEx for tracking, package will be here on the 4th. Excellent service.. not only that but products are in stock when they say in stock. And on these boards, Chris has always been very helpful with questions, problems, etc that people have. Keep up the great work understeer.com (http://www.understeer.com)... I know I'll be shopping there in the future.

Holy cow that was fast... FedEx Ground certainly has it's moments :D I think the big two are getting nervous now that DHL is on an advertising blitz, I've received UPS Ground shipments from CA in 4 business days, instead of 5, twice in the past month.

Just wanted to give praise to Chris and everyone at Understeer.com. They have great customer support and will always respond very quickly to any questions. I have gotten UUC pulleys, RK Magnum, and Stromung exhaust from them and have gotten it all very quickly. The only hold up was the Stromung exhaust but this was because the manufacturer makes each one as it is ordered so it takes a while. I probably annoyed Chris to death asking him when it would be ready but he always responded quickly and would try to get me an answer from Stromung as to when it would be shipped. Also, they have a lot of UUC parts in stock that UUC themselves is frequently out of, so I would definitely recommend using them for UUC parts as well. They rock. :buttrock

Chris came through with my order for a UUC/Sach's tuned suspension Stage 4 with UUC Sway Barbarians. I also picked up their e36 suspension and update kit. Awesome price!!
