I just got my june issue of "Bimmer" with the cover story of... "Ultra quick Hartge V8 3 series". Looking at the pictures of the engine bay, I can't believe they packed the 5.0 under the hood! I like Hartge's work because they only make minor appearance modifications while concentrating most of their work on engine and suspension. Well, I just thought I'd share some thoughts. Have you all seen this? I can post pics later if you would like.

P.S. this is a really good issue, I suggest you pick one up if you don't have a subscription!

Yeah. . .I received my copy a few days ago. Pretty sweet. Interesting how there wasn't even enough room for the windshield washer reservoir.

You'd think on a 100k car that the winshield washer fluid resevoir would be covered. I saw a pic inside the trunk, looks really ugly. Props to HerbertHartge for this amazing machine.

I was really hoping to see 1/4 mile times in that article instead of just a 0-60. There's no doubt that the reason for the relatively dismal 4.7 sec 0-60 is due to an inability to gain traction.
