You guys going to do some tuning runs on friday? Anyone leaving there "racecar" overnight? I probably will since I am lazy :(

I'm staying overnight on Friday, but will be commuting home (with my co-driver in his car) Saturday night and am planning to leave my car.

For the DC Tour, I got the car ready on Friday and left it there for the weekend. It may be lazy, but it's nice to get the extra sleep and/or course walking time Saturday and Sunday mornings instead of getting the car ready.

I'll be up there Friday for practice runs, pre-saturday coursewalk, etc. Anyone heading back to the columbia area afterwards? I'm driving the bike up to meet the guy who just bought it ( :( ) and I won't have a car to get back.

Actually Glenn-if you want to leave your car there too, let me know-since I am a co-driver, I'll be driving my own vehicle. Maybe we can all car pool to and from the event.

If anyone needs a ride -- let me know. I'll be going back and forth. I am picking up Pete in the mornings and we are stopping by Friday morning to say hello to Schofield and have some stuff done to the car.

After that -- I can bring anyone back as far as Alexandria.

You don't need any practice time in the S2000. It drives just like your run of the mill M3. No adjustment needed. Trust me. :D

The schedule is around somewhere, but test & tune is scheduled from 10am-3pm and is $2/run.

Except today is basically over with, so it's really only three days.

And thursday, you're not going to get any work done because you'll be thinking about Friday. So really it's only two days away.

I'm taking the whole day. Tech opens at 9, test runs start at 10. I'm planning on getting there at or before 9 and making a full day of it. (I need all the seat time I can get.)

Does anyone know where I can get air to charge my air tank? Is there a gas station nearby with free air available?
