I recentely ordered Bilstein sports and Intrax sports from Eric at SPP, he was really curteous and next time I am looking at some mods, I'll definately pay a visit to SPP's web site to see what they have.

Also, I did some interior aesthetic mods to my Bimmer this past fall, and got the parts from UUC. The parts did take a long time to get to me (one of them was on backorder, which was not told to me when I ordered them on the phone, and I didn't find out until I finally decided to call them after waiting for a long time). However, every time I called UUC, Rob was really nice and always apologized, he never tried to make some excuse. Also, every part I have from UUC is really nice, I'll definately also always check out their website.

See, just being curteous to customers DEFINATELY makes a huge difference!!
