Before you guys tow I know there a lot of E46 M3 owners asking if there ///M killers etc so I figured I post a link to some pics, and some comments I had.
It's on off-topic section

The car performs pretty well. I've never driven an M5 so I can't talk on it's behalf but I know some CTS-V were dynoing really low (like 310 rwhp) and this car felt about as fast as my Trans Am. This is just going by SOTP feeling. Handling was pretty impressive for a large car, it did exhibit just a little bit of understeer, and the steering wheel is too easy to turn, doesn't give you enough feedback if you know what I mean. The brakes are nothing short of awesome 14" rotors, showed no fade through hard breaking. This car offers a LOT of shit for 50k, pretty much loaded to the gills. Tells you shit like you tire pressure in each tire, lateral G's in each direction, all kinds of cool goodies. Just a little to large for my liking right now. If I had a family, and 50k was my budget for a performance/passenger car I would get a new CTS-V over a used M5. Bang for the buck (the M5 is around 80ish) the CTS wins, but all around the BMW (from what I seen) is the better car. Should be for a 30k difference though no?
