Please post good dealer experience:

Mine has been with East Bay BMW - I simply drove up - told the Service Rep that I wanted to make sure that my wife had a "BIG" car to drive in case we had to leave her car over night and they gave us a 528iT Sport!

They also were more than happy to oblige when I simply asked to have them reset my service lights...no problem and in 10 minutes, I was gone:)

My local dealer, Flow BMW does a great job for me. When I bought my used M3 from them in 1998, I showed up to take it home and they had lost the key. It was the night of my senior year prom. They ended up giving me a 1998 540i to drive for the few days it took to order a new key for my car. They sent me a birthday present (M3 shirt and hat) for two years after I bought the car. I have only been there once for service since my car went out of warranty, but any time I go buy, they are quick to offer me a test drive of their newest toys.

I should add that my family has purchased quite a few cars from this particular dealership and other Flow dealerships around the town, but the salespeople have still gone out of their way to help me out even though its unlikely I will have the purchasing power to buy another car for quite some time...racing ain't cheap. :)

I just wanted to add to this:
I just drove in to East Bay BMW and had them reset my SI lights!
Way nice...didn't even take more than 2 minutes. They didn't even ask twice.

THEN...they let me play in the new 7 series until I got board.

Best damn interior EVER! No ifs, ands, or buts about it!

Byran, I highly recommend Mike Cline at Flow BMW if you need anything "special" done. He is a Master Technician with Flow and a top-notch mechanic. He used to race at Bowman Gray Stadium and Carroway Speedway and is very knowledgeable of BMWs (of course) but also racing too. He appreciates the customers who enjoy their BMWs for what they really are! He's a super nice guy too!

Have you ever had the pleasure of meeting Vi at Flow BMW. She is the little petite saleslady with the white hair. She's a grandmother in her sixties I guess. She has tracked her E36 M3 before at one of the high speed courses! Vi was upset when BMW didn't come out with a 4-door E46 M3... She needs the four doors for her grandkids! Vi is quite a gal and a hell of a saleslady!

I believe I've met him before, as the name sounds familiar. I generally stay away from the dealer these days since my car is out of warranty. I only owned it for 3,000 of its warranty miles.

Billy Revis at Motorsport Connections cared for my race car and gets most of my service business.

Sure have! She probably wouldn't know who I was if I weren't there with my dad, but I have met her. I was friends with one of her grand-daughters in high school.

I usually talk to Lee if I'm in the showroom. He's a good guy as well and has sold my dad a few cars. He makes it to quite a few VIR member days and the occasional BMW CCA driving school.
