Hello,

I never heared before, that there are two different surfaces of the molding kit. I don´t think that´s available.
Usually, if you have a textured surface and you would like to have it smooth, first step is the "plastic primer" then use the "filler" to let disapear the orange skin. After that, paint it in your color and finish it with clear coat.

are there any sets for coupe left?

I wanted some clarification on the clips that hold the trim pieces in place. First off, I wanted to make sure they are included with the kit.

Second, according to the dealer there are two types of clip it could be (I don't trust the dealer that much, but easier to ask now than be surprised later.) The clips on the drivers door piece that I need to replace are two pieces... the plastic clip and a rubber "condom" that goes over it.

If those are included and the right type of clip, then I'll take a set for a sedan.

I installed the mouldings I got from you last week and they look similar in finish and width to my existing front and rear mouldings but I wanted find out what differences there might be between the two.

Within this time, much changed. BMW increased their prices and also the exchange course is higher.
We don´t earn more, that just the higher cost. But I think still a good price.
