I spent the better half of the day wiring up the house. Both floors now have Internet and Cable TV. Next step is to run a digital phone box, the goal is that every room on both floors will have two data, two voice and two coax (cable) drops. Once I finish that, I will be putting a wireless relay, so all can be enjoyed outside the house as well. In the midst of all that underneath the patch board I am going to be putting my servers, so at a whim 22.6 gigs of MP3's will be available, along with 21gigs of videos and movies as well. Hopefully I can get the server to stream it all correctly which would be great. Lastly, the XBox will be hooked up for XBox live on both floors and it will also have a dedicated port connecting floor one and two together for Halo tournaments :firedevil

I just realized that during the move I lost a link I had written down for home networking. It was an online supply store that sells track tubing. Track tubing is a casing that is flexible, plastic and can hold about 25-30lines of CAT5e+. Can anyone help me find this thing, I had stumble upon it a while ago, so I don't even know what its name would be, the only thing I can remember is like house working, or home essentials .com or what ever. Any help would be appreciated.

One place I know of is "You do it Electronics" in Needham, Ma

While searching for the snap track (I finally found the name) that I was looking to buy for my wiring, I did a little reading on the next best thing.Home Automation (http://www.homeauto.com/) Brief over view, for those who could care less. Basically there are units out there that you can have setup, so that all you do is walk into a room an depending on the time of day, temp, what ever, your lights, TV, Stereo, AC, thermostat, the list goes on will work, only if you are there. If you can think of it, there has been something designed for a completely hands free home. Kinda sick, I think I am going to look into it in the near future. Maybe I am geeking out on this one, but wait till it will blow your ass out, then I will be happy.
