What a night.

Everyone is fine, and no law was involved other than the officer who oversaw the Corvette being loaded onto the Wrecker. The two pictures show isolated incidents, and alcohol was not a factor in either. Zakin's car hit a bit of sand on an onramp onto 495 and the left side ran over a median with no other damage to the car other than shown with the wheels.

Chris C5, well, time will tell if it can be recovered. Chris and Zakin were driving and again ran over something slippery at the end of the hill where it transitions into the lower deck of the Marston St. bridge, and they ping-ponged. Both are okay, which is all that is important.

Then, as if to add the final "things happen in threes" clichee, Jared broke down on the way home from my house last night. Yay.

As I said before WTF??!!

I was really unlucky last night.....

First my wheels get trashed, (the driver is being EXTREMELY cool about it) then the C5 wreck. Both Chris and I are ok and that is all that matters. However, I just feel cursed this weekend. :(

Z man, you forgot one of possibly the most potentially dangerous accidents of the night, when you got sprayed with the hose-right in the nuts. Bet you wish you had of watched where you were going and not stepped on the nozzle. You need to chill out man, it is all fun and games untill you lose a ball.

Hey that sucks , It really dose ... Honestly though , just be glad your not in Irack . I'm sure any of our guys would trade problems with you in a heart beat. :(

Car threw it's belts on the way home.
Got it towed back to CMTs today and with alot of help from Peter, we got it back and running

What a bummer ;( , but as many have alread said it's much more important everybody is safe and in good health. After all sheet metal can be replaced. Hope the rest of the weekend will be better and you guys/girls will have a blast !!!

CMT explained to me last night that it's a 3-piece rim, so HRE will just unbolt the lip, bolt on a new one ($100 plus labor), and then charge shipping to send it back. Not bad, considering.
