Im hoping it will get a little lower when the springs break in.

Also 22's will make a big difference.

how's the ride? bumpy, bouncy? anything weird, rattlin? oh yea, for the 22's i suggest dpe wheels, iforged, motoforge wheel are pretti cheap also..someone quoted me 3500 w/ tires for 22's. all those wheels are around 4500.

Looks good man. I know a friend who installed the same H&R sport springs and his was a bit lower after they were used for some time. What kind of exhaust/exhaust tips do you have, i see those aren't stock? They look pretty good from the side. Got any rear pics?

The ride is a little bumpy , the wifey didn't pick up on it , so it can't be that bad. The exhaust tips are oem BMW stainless steels ones. I swaped out the oem mounting hardware for some allen head types (like on shift knobs) ,make for a much cleaner finish. I'm thinking anything 22" will look huge , thats all I care about. :)

Nobody noticed the tint?

Nice ride! Those OZs look awesome. Simple design, yet classy...perfect for the X5! As a matter of fact, I almost bought the same set, but I loved the OEM 19s type 132, which has more of a deep dish look...so I got those instead. 22s will be huge and the tires would just be a "rubberband"...so gotta watch out for those pot holes! By the way...how much does each one of those wheel and tire weights?

Since you went with the larger wheels and spring swap, any plans on adding strut braces to tighten things up? If not, things might get shaken loose pretty fast...especially with the 22s :-)

I might go the same wheels in 22s , Have no idea what they weigh. Dinan makes a strut tower brace , I'm looking into that. I purchased a set of 132s off e-bay before I got the OZs , however I paid for em but never got em. :(

You might want to upgrade the brakes as well if you plan on going with the 22s. Otherwise, those rotors will look tiny. Also, heavier wheels and tires will make your truck perform worst (longer stoping distance and slower pickups).

Sorry to hear about the ebay incident! That's why I'm always hesistant to buy stuffs off from ebay.

The car is looking really sweet and the drop made a signifacant difference in the ride height and I can't waite to see it with the 22s on there !

The 20s finally look like they are not swimming under it , I bet the 22's will look absolutely HUGE!
Its even settled some more since the pic has been taken .

Thanks for all the feed back , not too many modded X's out there.
