My cross member on my rear subframe is cracked at the point where the sway bar attaches. (See pics) Is it possible to weld some reinforcement plates on there after welding into place, possibly the TMS ones, or am I going to have to replace the entire rear subframe? I also sent my shock through the shock tower. A lot of good those turner $100 STM did. So I have to have the entire tower rewelded with custom fabricated plates. Give me some advice please.

Yes you should be able to weld a new bracket to there. It looks like you have a lot of rust under your car. That is probably why you are breaking things. The shock mounts youmentioned will not do anything to prevent punch through. If the mount hole is rusty it will get weak and break.
The only way to fix that is to replace the wheel well. Oh and use a good under coating if you live in the "rust belt".
The Z3 reenforcement plates will help in the future to avoid punch through.

Others have had these same failures, and I agree with UD, there seems to be a lot of rust under there which would hasten a failure. The sway bar mount can be welded, then reinforced with the Turner plates. I have read somewhere (sorry can't remember the site) that someone had the top of a replacement shock tower welded in place over the current one. Hopefully you won't need to replace the whole section. That would be ugly :(
Good luck,

Just out of curiousity, how did that happen? Just regular driving, or did you run over something, or is this a track car?
I know of a competitive GS autocross 325 that punched the shock through the wheel well, but haven't seen a subframe failure like that except on rusty 2002s...

My sway bar bracket broke this summer... I initially thought that I had to replace the rear subframe carrier (major $$$) but after some research I found out that Ground Control Suspension Systems (Turner also has them) made gussets that you can weld to the sway bar tabs (cost: $2 + tax). After purchasing them, I went to a local muffler shop and had them weld back the broken tab along with the support gussets (cost: $20).
