I've had my 1997 M3 for about 3 weeks now and sadly haven't come across any challenges. Yesterday on the way to work, roughly a 20 minute drive, I saw a baby blue Ecliplse GT coming up on my rear pretty quickly. The guy in the Eclipse proceded to ride my rear and then abruptly pass me. Gladly enough we ended up side by side at the next stop light. He has the nerve to rev his engine like he hates it, so I reluctantly return a little rev myself. With ASC on, I hit it and spin my tires just enough and in less than 2 seconds i see him in my rear view mirror. Wow, that was easy. Lets have another. :buttrock

You may get a few more races if you get away from the Clemson area!

If your asc was on, you wouldn't have been doing any tire spinning.. It would have cut your engine and you would have bogged and looked like an idiot (ask me how I know).. Do yourself a favor and remove that silly paper weight of an extra throttle body...

Thanks for the tips on ASC. My tires 'chirped' and then I felt it hold back for a second, then it let it go again. I've tested it out a bit since then and I do see what you mean about it slowing you down. Thanks.

Ha ha... Yes, ONLY once though.. Then I removed the evil ASC and I dont have to worry about it anymore. Living in socal, I dont have much need for any help controlling my car..
