Is There Any Good Way to Clean Alloy Wheel Rash?

I have mild wheel rash on one of my beautiful spoked 73's, and don't want to go through the grief of having the time-consuming "PITA" re-do exercise performed.

Is there any simple and better way to at least clean the accumulated dirt out of the mild rash?

Thanks in advance!

yeah toothbrush. you can't fix wheel rash with out having your wheel refinished.

I'd say a toothbrush and some Klasse AIO, then rewax/seal the wheel

use the bug and tar remover along with lots of soap and water. it should come out or at least lighten up a bit.

..use the bug and tar remover

B&TR or similar derivaitves, I've seen strip the BMW clear coat off OEM wheels. Take caution not to add insult to injury.
