In the email, please include maintenance history, rsm's, water pump, thermostat, radiator flush, has inspect. II been done when, tire tread life, tire size, one-owner, accidents ... shocks/struts -- mileage, clutch -- mileage, diff fluid been replaced ... etc...etc.
